COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
1. This Complaints Procedure has been prepared in accordance with the valid legislation of the Czech Republic, the provisions of Law no. 40/1964 Coll., The Civil Code, no. 513/1991 Coll., The Commercial Code and the Act no. 634/1992 Coll., Consumer Protection Act , as amended, and applies to consumer goods for which the warranty period is exercised the right buyer from liability for defects.
2. The warranty period of consumer goods is 24 months and extends the period during which the goods during the warranty repair.
3. The consumer can exercise legitimate claim one of the following ways:

4. The consumer is the administration must substantiate the claim:
- Proof of sale of goods (invoice, invoice, warranty card),
- The claimed goods with all accessories
- A detailed description of the defect.
5. In the establishment of the company's consumer is drawn proof of receipt of goods to the complaint.
6. Claim for use of warranty, expires in case:
- Wear out and tear of normal use,
- Improper handling and use contrary to the instructions or user's manual,
- Damaging elements (eg. Water, fire or lightning, etc.),
- Damaged by excessive load,
- Damage of goods during transportation (such complaints are dealt directly with the carrier).
7. In the case of a justified claim, the consumer goods repaired free of charge. If the defect is removable, goods are exchanged for the new ones. In cases of goods exchange, a new warranty period begins for goods.
8. The time limit for handling complaints, including the removal of defects without undue delay is 30 calendar days, unless the parties agrees other way. This period starts on the date of receipt of the complaint. If the deadline is not met, the consumer has the right to exchange defective goods or to withdraw from the contract.
The Complaints Procedure shall become effective March 25, 2017.
